Article 1: Preamble

These general conditions of sale apply exclusively between the company JYF International Limited, RMS06, 13A/F., South Tower, World Finance Center, Harbor City, 17 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong registered in Hong Kong Companies Registry under number 1805690 (hereinafter "we") and anyone visiting or making a purchase via the site www.3d-extensions-cheveux.com

(hereinafter "you").

The general conditions of sale may be subject to modifications, the applicable conditions are those in force on the site on the date of order of your order.

We can modify the general conditions of sale at any time. You are therefore advised to regularly refer to the latest version of the general sales conditions available.


Article 2: Contract

You acknowledge that you have the ability to contract the conditions described below, that is, to have the legal majority and not be under guardianship or curatorship. You acknowledge having read the general conditions of sale before you place your order. The fact of order implies your full and unreserved membership in the general conditions of sale.

We respond to your order within the limits of our available stocks or subject to stocks available from our suppliers. When ordering, we inform you of the availability of the products you wish to acquire on the presentation page of each product. However, if despite our vigilance, the products are unavailable after your order, we will inform you by email and invite you to cancel or modify your order. The data recorded on the site constitute proof of the order. The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.

Your order will only be processed after total collection of your payment and the applicable deadlines are those on the day of payment of payment.



Article 3: Price

The prices displayed on the site are indicated in euros, excluding participation in shipping costs, processing costs of your order and gift packaging costs. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time without notice.

Article 4: Payment

Payment for all of your order must be made when validating the order. At no time can the sums paid be considered as deposit or deposits.

Payments by bank checks or bank transfers are not accepted.

Article 5: Delivery

All our packages are sent within 24/48 hours of our warehouses, the delivery time from this date is then approximately 3 to 8 working days. Our products are sent to bubble envelopes or overprotected boxes for optimal protection of these during transport.  

The delivery is made to the address you indicated to us when ordering. The delivery times vary depending on the carrier you have chosen, and are indicated in working days, starting from our premises or those of our supplier, for delivery to the United States or Europe. The starting order is given after complete collection of the amount of your order. This period is communicated as an indication. In any event, in the event of a delay in sending more than 21 days, you benefit from the possibility of canceling your order within 60 working days.

The delivery time can sometimes be more than 3 weeks in very rare cases, this results from the global health crisis that we are currently experiencing and/or from carriers of carriers during the routing between countries, we are in no way Responsible for delivery delays whose fault is the responsibility of the carriers.

If the package has returned to us following an error or negligence on your part (address error, no name on the mailbox, the fact that you did not go and get the package at La Poste , ...), the re -exposition costs of the products will be your responsibility. We would like to specify that the said costs must be paid beforehand.

In this case, we exchange the product. The product should be returned complete and in its original state, and the package should not have been opened. The return costs will be reimbursed to you on presentation of the proof.

Article 6: DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS

All products sold the site are new. Each product offered on the site is the subject of a detailed descriptive sheet in the online catalog. The information is that given by the manufacturers. Product photos, as well as their descriptions, may not accurately reflect the characteristics of the products despite the care given to these details. In any case, we will not be able to be held responsible for the erroneous data transmitted by the manufacturers.


Article 7: Return

For hygiene reasons, understand that we do not accept the return of used products. A return is considered to be eligible only if the conditions and instructions of the after-sales service are respected. In any case, and at first please contact customer service by e-mail.

Conditions to respect:

1- State of extensions and packaging
The hygiene label should not be torn or taken off.

The package containing the extensions must be intact. The hair must be in its original state. They must not have been unpacked, brushed, or even worn. The necklace must be in place.

 

2 - Smell
The hair should be odorless. The presence of a smell of perfume, a treatment or a shampoo will make the product ineligible to return and/or exchange.

3 - Sending
The shipment should only be carried out after validation of the return conditions with technical support. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any loss of the package before arriving in our warehouses will be your responsibility.

If you want to return because you feel that your product is defective, after confirmation of customer service via photos, you will get a total refund.

Upon receipt of the return, the refund will be made by the Accounting Service within 20 working days.

  • For payment by bank card, the reimbursement will be credited to the bank account being linked.
  • For a payment by Paypal, the refund will be credited on the PayPal account used at the time of the order.


Article 8: Limitation of liability

We decline any responsibility in the event that the product delivered does not comply with the legislation of the country of delivery other than Hong Kong. We cannot be held responsible for the non -performance of the contract in the event of stock shortage or unavailability of the product, force majeure, disturbance or total or partial strike, in particular postal services and means of transport and/or communications. We cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage that may arise due to the purchase of the products. The total or partial impossibility of using the products, in particular due to an incompatibility of equipment cannot engage our responsibility or give rise to any compensation or reimbursement.
